01Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and selat4d (hereinafter referred to as "selat4d", "we", "us", or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://selat4d.cam and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services.

By accessing the selat4d website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

selat4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — a registered user profile created on the selat4d platform that enables access to gaming, betting, and financial services.
• "Balance" — the total MYR-denominated funds held within a User's Account, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds (which are subject to separate wagering conditions).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by selat4d that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission, age verification, and payment method confirmation required for account approval and withdrawal processing.
• "Platform" — the selat4d website, its sub-domains, mobile interface, and all associated tools, features, and services accessible via https://selat4d.cam.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region in which the use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, including but not limited to jurisdictions where selat4d does not hold a local licence.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the aggregate amount a User must stake in eligible games before bonus funds become withdrawable as real money, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x).
• "Void Bet" — a bet or wager that has been cancelled and refunded due to an event cancellation, technical error, or rule violation.

03Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with selat4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. selat4d enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered accounts in compliance with international online gambling standards applicable to our licensed jurisdiction.
2. You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party, and the account and payment methods used are registered in your legal name.
3. You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal, and you have independently verified that your use of selat4d is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You are not currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to a voluntary or regulatory exclusion order.
5. You hold only one (1) registered account on the selat4d platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal incapacity.

04Account Registration & KYC Verification

All account registrations must be completed using accurate and truthful personal information. You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number. selat4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

KYC Verification Requirements

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, selat4d requires successful completion of Know Your Customer verification. The following documents are mandatory:

• A clear photograph or scanned copy of your Malaysian national identity card (MyKad) — front and back.
• A selfie or photograph of yourself holding your MyKad, where your face and the document are both clearly visible.
• Proof of ownership of your designated payment method, where applicable — for example, a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet account page or GrabPay account showing your registered name.

KYC documents are reviewed within 2 to 24 hours of submission. Once your account is marked as fully verified, future withdrawal requests will be processed with greater speed. selat4d retains the right to request re-verification at any time if there is a reasonable basis to suspect identity fraud or account misuse.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

selat4d supports a comprehensive range of payment methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT TRC20).

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most methods. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are the equivalent of approximately MYR 30 at the prevailing exchange rate.
• There is no maximum deposit limit for bank transfer via FPX or DuitNow. Individual method caps may apply.
• Deposits are processed in real time for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and within 5 to 10 minutes for FPX bank transfers.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after one network confirmation, typically within 15 to 30 minutes depending on network congestion.
• selat4d does not charge deposit fees. Third-party network or transaction fees imposed by your payment provider are outside our control.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals require full KYC verification prior to processing.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for e-wallets and within 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to availability and platform discretion.
• selat4d reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before releasing funds where the risk assessment warrants it.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements is not permitted.

06Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, cashback offers, reload promotions, and special event incentives offered by selat4d are subject to individual promotional terms published alongside each offer. In all cases, the following general conditions apply:

• Welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses are available to new accounts only unless otherwise stated. One bonus per household, device, IP address, and payment method applies.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full within the stated validity period (typically 14 days from bonus crediting). Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if the requirement is not met within this window.
• Wagering requirements on standard welcome bonuses are 20x to 30x the bonus amount. The specific multiplier is stated on each offer's detail page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum bet sizes apply while bonus funds are active. Placing bets above the stated maximum per spin or per round while a bonus is pending may result in the bonus being voided.
• selat4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion without notice if the circumstances require it.
• Abuse of bonus programs, including collusion, multi-accounting, or systematic exploitation of bonus conditions, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and possible permanent account closure.

07Gameplay & Betting Rules

All gaming outcomes on the selat4d platform are produced by Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently certified by a third-party technical testing laboratory. The results of each game round are final once confirmed by the system.

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets at selat4d cover football (including the English Premier League and Liga Super Malaysia), UFC, basketball, tennis, badminton, and esports. Live in-play betting is available for selected matches. The following conditions apply to all sports wagers:

• Bets are accepted subject to the published odds at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed.
• Where an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless the event is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original start time.
• In the event of a technical error causing incorrect odds to be published, selat4d reserves the right to void affected bets at its reasonable discretion.
• Verified match-fixing or corrupted events will result in all related bets being voided regardless of declared outcomes.

7.2 Casino Games

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures are theoretical averages calculated over a very large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Game results are subject to variance; past results do not influence future outcomes in RNG-based games.

08Responsible Gambling

selat4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling as an integral part of its operations. We enforce a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. Any account found to belong to a person under this age will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the payment source.

The following self-management tools are available to all registered users and can be applied via account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited.
• Session Time Limits — automatic logout after a defined period of continuous play.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the selat4d platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in an unfair manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Identified errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Conducting or attempting to conduct money laundering or other financial crimes through the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Abusing the customer support team or engaging in threatening, abusive, or discriminatory behaviour towards selat4d staff.
• Using the platform's chat or communication features to distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages.

10Intellectual Property

All content published on the selat4d platform — including but not limited to the selat4d name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of selat4d or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of platform content without prior written authorisation from selat4d is strictly prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, selat4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

selat4d's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

selat4d does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and force majeure events may affect platform availability.

12Suspension & Termination

selat4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Actual or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Actual or suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Actual or suspected access from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Reasonable grounds to believe the account belongs to a person under 21 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, selat4d may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the account closure is at the User's request and no breach has occurred, any real-money balance will be returned to the User's designated withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

13Amendments to These Terms

selat4d reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting User rights, financial terms, or account eligibility conditions — we will provide at least 7 days' notice via registered email address or a prominent on-platform notice before the revised Terms take effect.

Minor clarifications, typographical corrections, and non-material amendments may be made without advance notice and will take effect upon publication. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account in accordance with Section 12.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which selat4d holds its gaming licence (Curaçao). Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the selat4d platform shall first be submitted to selat4d's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
